Dark Symphony by Christine Feehan, Carpathians book 10

Category: Writing and Poetry

Byron, a Carpathian male and hunter of the vampire follows the sound of compelling music to Italy. There he discovers his lifemate, Antoinetta Scarletti, heiress to the great Scarletti fortune.
A renowned concert pianist, Antoinetta is the glue that holds the Scarletti family together. Blinded in an explosion that killed her parents, she nevertheless stands to run the family shipping business. Antoinetta lives in the palazzo della morte, the palace of death. There, like her ancestors, she finds someone wants her dead. Antoinetta has a few secrets of her own and together, Byron and Antoinetta face the killers and one out of control Carpathian youth.

This one was s full of mystery and Laughter I was just caught up in the darn thing....lol. That happens a lot. I think this is the first book to actually introduce us to the Jaguar species. It was fast paced and for one of the first times we have a Heroine who is a real woman with the body of a woman. She has a disability that does not stop her from being who she is. I think that is one of the reasons I liked this book so well. And she is not as young as some of th others. She is 37. Ok I need to shut up before I give a spoiler and ruin it for those of you eho have not read these books.
So now I am on to....Timeless Moon by C.T. Adams and Cathy Clamp. Don't worry I will get back to the Carpathians...lol
Until next time my friends.
